The Oregon Prison Project

The Oregon Prison Project (OPP) is an Oregon Nonprofit Corporation founded in 2008 that envisions peaceful, thriving communities where we and our children can live and grow in safety.

Vika Miller, MA, then-Executive Director of the
Oregon Prison Project, and Fred Sly, PhD, Program Director were interviewed in April 2013 by Edwin Rutsch of the Center for Building a Culture of Empathy on the topic, “how can we build a culture of empathy?” (Go to 12:31)
