Practice Groups

Learning in an environment that feels safe, welcoming, and compassionate while expanding our perspective and clarity offers the fastest, most powerful support for our human journey.

All of our groups begin with a foundation of profound compassion and dignity, acknowledging and embracing our shared humanity.

Participating in our mindfulness practice groups for 3 to 12 months (depending on your background and goals) provides dramatic shifts that participants consistently say is “what I’ve been looking for my whole life.”

  • Compassionate Noticing is a mindfulness practice that provides the foundation for full awareness, compassionate presence, and authentic choice.  Build your skill at identify body sensations, feelings, thoughts, and impulses, and increase your capacity to experience life without being “hijacked” when your nervous system goes into alarm.
  • Presence Practice is a mindfulness practice that:
    • reveals how alike we all are, leaving us feeling at home and safe in our shared humanity,
    • helps us identify our deepest values, needs, and longings that underlie the challenges that arise in our lives,
    • helps us develop our skill and capacity to respond to those challenges in ways that are in alignment with our values, and
    • helps us identify and respond with strategies that genuinely nourish and support our abundant thriving.
