WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?  This retreat is for anyone longing for more authentic connection with themselves, Life/Nature, or others, including anyone who’d love a welcoming place to practice living from what’s alive.

Please feel welcome to click on these links for some helpful background information about:

  • The Thriving Life approach to Thriving and Relationships, integrating wisdom from brain science (Interpersonal Neurobiology, including Polyvagal Theory), Attachment Theory, and Nonviolent Communication
  • The Thriving Life approach to NVC
  • Presence Practice
  • Compassionate Noticing
  • Qi Gong/Tai Chi for Thriving
  • Authentic Movement and Sound
  • Note: “Compassionate Noticing Conversation (CN-Conversation) is a delightfully social, conversational form of Compassionate Noticing. In CN-Conversation we DO interact with each other about what’s arising in each of us. It’s like a “present moment, noticing-what’s-arising, resonant, conversational Ping-Pong.”

Beginners/newcomers are warmly welcomed!
